Is the test as accurate as in the hospital?+
Yes. We use the same advanced devices trusted in leading eye centres.
Do I still need to see my doctor?+
Doctor consultation is included after the tests via video-conferencing, in the same visit. You will only need to visit a hospital if you need further intervention, which we will discuss with you first.
Is it safe for elderly patients?+
Yes. All our devices are non-invasive and painless. In fact, we began primarily to help elderly patients avoid long queues and long travel to eye hospitals.
How often should I book a home eye test?+
Healthy adults: once a year. Chronic patients (glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, ARMD): every 3-6 months. Dry eye / post-operative: every 3-6 months. Children with glasses/amblyopia/myopia: every 3-6 months.
Can I get new spectacles at home after testing?+
Yes — our team brings a full range to try on, and delivers them post-test or post-surgery.
Is home eye care covered by insurance?+
